Personal Mosaics
This week, I have been thinking about progress. This is because my physiotherapy session went rather well. For the first time in 19 months, I was able to complete the exercises that the physiotherapist set for me. .
This is HUGE! It’s the first time that my body has shown any sign of progress.
And so I would like to use this week’s photo challenge to continue thinking about the shapes, lines, textures and patterns of my current ill-health.
This is a celebration of what is and what might be: an opportunity to find the small moments of beauty in my current predicament. And a declaration of hope for change: if not full recovery, then a time of better balance to come.

Thank you, strawbs. I’m trying to not get too excited about it because I don’t know if I can do the same again for the next appointment, but it’s been making me grin for the past few days.
