Weekly Photo Challenge: Treasure

violin

A Worthy Companion

I consider the love of music to be one of the greatest treasures that my parents have ever given me.

I like the way music changes the shape of the air and can match, enhance or modify moods.

I like its ability to provide both solitude and company – sometimes in the same small space.

I like the way it traverses geography and describes people.

Music is something I cherish and breathe into myself on a daily basis.

I love music. I mean I really, truly, madly, deeply LOVE music! From my mother’s heartbeat to the present day, it has provided the soundtrack that has accompanied my thoughts, actions and adventures as I have passed through the days of my life.
